25 leaders developed a practical foundation for responsible AI adoption
The challenge
Leaders needed to understand how to use AI responsibly while recognising its limitations and preserving appropriate human judgement in AI-enabled workflows. They needed practical guidance that avoided both uncritical adoption and overly broad restrictions.
The ambiguity or divergence
The central question was where AI could appropriately support work and where human judgement, responsibility, and oversight needed to remain central. Leaders also needed to connect responsible AI principles with practical experimentation.
The engagement
Sidwuo designed and delivered a human-centred AI programme for 25 leaders, combining responsible AI principles, practical experimentation, workflow exercises, and exploration of AI limitations.
Advisory deliverables
- Human-centred AI programme
- Practical AI workflow exercises
- Responsible AI guidance
- AI adoption recommendations
Decision or change enabled
Leaders gained a more practical basis for deciding where AI could be used, what limitations needed to be recognised, and what forms of human judgement should remain in the workflow.
Evidence of change
The programme created a stronger foundation for responsible experimentation and adoption by connecting principles with practical use and explicit consideration of AI limitations.
