100 employees across six functions: from AI experimentation to a structured adoption path
The challenge
The organisation needed to move from individual AI experimentation towards a more structured approach to AI adoption across approximately 100 employees and six functional areas. AI activity was emerging across the organisation, but adoption needed a clearer connection to functional needs, managerial responsibility, and organisational priorities.
The ambiguity or divergence
Different functions were likely to encounter different AI opportunities, constraints, and adoption requirements. Without a shared structure, experimentation risked remaining fragmented, while managers lacked a consistent approach for integrating AI into their teams.
The engagement
Sidwuo designed an enterprise AI capabilities programme combining opportunity discovery, prioritisation, functional adoption pathways, and manager mentoring. Workshops connected AI capabilities with functional needs, while managers were supported in translating the work into practical team-level adoption.
Advisory deliverables

- AI opportunity identification and prioritisation
- Functional adoption pathways
- Manager mentoring and implementation support
Decision or change enabled
The engagement created a structured basis for deciding how AI capability should develop across functions and which adoption opportunities were sufficiently relevant to move beyond individual experimentation.
Evidence of change
The work connected learning with concrete adoption opportunities and provided a foundation for building AI capability across the organisation’s six functional areas.
