2,000+ professionals and 300+ roadmaps: building AI capability at scale
The challenge
Executives and multidisciplinary teams needed to understand AI and digital transformation without becoming technology specialists. They also needed to translate emerging capabilities into practical organisational action and transformation plans.
The ambiguity or divergence
Training can remain disconnected from organisational decisions when it focuses only on concepts or tools. The central challenge was to connect learning with maturity assessment, business priorities, adoption pathways, and practical transformation work.
The engagement
Sidwuo designed and facilitated programmes covering AI, digital transformation, strategy, and technology adoption. The work combined maturity assessment, workshops, practical exercises, demonstrations, playbooks, business-oriented applications, and mentoring of transformation plans.
